Mark Ricciardelli

Co-Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Asterisk Financial Group, Inc

As an experienced Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Ricciardelli brings global management experience across a variety of insurance products, innovative leadership skills, and a track record of building strong leadership teams.

Before joining Asterisk, Mr. Ricciardelli was recruited by Kohlberg, Kravis, and Roberts (KKR&Co) to become Group President and Chief Executive Officer of Alea Group Holdings, a publicly traded global reinsurance and specialty insurance company.

Prior to Alea, he had senior leadership roles with multiple divisions for GE Capital & GE ERC (Employers Reinsurance Corporation), including President and Chief Executive Officer of Global Casualty; President – Facultative, P&C Reinsurance for the Americas; and Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer of ERC Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. Earlier, Mr. Ricciardelli served in a variety of leadership positions at Swiss Re after beginning his career with Travelers Insurance

In addition, Mr Ricciardelli has an extensive background in Private Equity and Venture Investing with GE Equity Capital Group, KKR&Co and is currently a Partner in PlumBank Advisors, LLC.

Mr Ricciardelli holds a BS in Business from St Francis College and an MBA from the Barney School at the University of Hartford

Tom Gordon

Chief Executive Officer

Information technology executive with extensive experience in federating data, data scoring, segmentation and GIS applications. Tom has led three start-up organizations prior to joining VueLogic. The latest was DepotPoint in Seattle, WA where he was the EVP of Operations and is retained as a consultant. As CEO at TRADE Inc. and OTF Technologies Tom led both through early stage financing and successful exits.

Tom has spent 33 years in the consumer information and analytics field including Equifax (NYSE: EFX) for 21 years and 4 years leading Fiserv's (Nasdaq: FISD) international white collar crime practice.

Ron Garmon

Chief Operating Officer

Ron brings over 20 years of international executive management experience to the VueLogic team. Ron's brings extraordinary depth and understand to the issue of managing and monetizing consumer data in privacy protected environments. Ron's commitment to improving consumers experience and a client's profitability while ensuring data privacy are foundational to VueLogic's solutions.

Prior to founding VueLogic, Ron served as Senior Vice President of Equifax Inc. (NYSE: EFX), where he led operations in 21 countries across 5 continents. In his role as Senior Vice President his assignments included - International CIO, President Equifax Secure, President Equifax Check Services International and Chief Operating Officer, Equifax Check Services.
