Tom Gordon

Chief Executive Officer

Information technology executive with extensive experience in federating data, data scoring, segmentation and GIS applications. Tom has led three start-up organizations prior to joining VueLogic. The latest was DepotPoint in Seattle, WA where he was the EVP of Operations and is retained as a consultant. As CEO at TRADE Inc. and OTF Technologies Tom led both through early stage financing and successful exits.

Tom has spent 33 years in the consumer information and analytics field including Equifax (NYSE: EFX) for 21 years and 4 years leading Fiserv's (Nasdaq: FISD) international white collar crime practice.

Ron Garmon

Chief Operating Officer

Ron brings over 20 years of international executive management experience to the VueLogic team. Ron's brings extraordinary depth and understand to the issue of managing and monetizing consumer data in privacy protected environments. Ron's commitment to improving consumers experience and a client's profitability while ensuring data privacy are foundational to VueLogic's solutions.

Prior to founding VueLogic, Ron served as Senior Vice President of Equifax Inc. (NYSE: EFX), where he led operations in 21 countries across 5 continents. In his role as Senior Vice President his assignments included - International CIO, President Equifax Secure, President Equifax Check Services International and Chief Operating Officer, Equifax Check Services.

Jim Deffenbaugh

Chief Technology Officer

Jim has over 25 years experience leading technology organizations in high volume, data sensitive environments. Prior to joining VueLogic, Jim spent 20 years with Equifax where he most recently led the Global Infrastructure Outsourcing team responsible for the outsourcing and management of 9 data centers across the globe.

At Equifax, Jim led Global Technology Operations, the application development team for a $300 million business unit within Equifax and was responsible for global remediation of all application systems for Equifax. Prior to joining Equifax Jim led technology organizations for Marathon Oil/US Steel and Harper Grace Hospital/Detroit Medical Center.

Veronika Monteleone

Director of Applied Mathematics and Modeling

Veronika brings 17 years experience as a systems engineer and designer of real-time software applications for RCA, ATT Bell Laboratories, Syva, General Atronics and Paradyne Inc. Her experience as an engineer included the development of signal processing algorithms and the implementation and test of those algorithms in real-time software systems. She is an Adjunct Professor at Kennesaw State University teaching Applied Statistics at the graduate level.

Veronika has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering, a Master of Science in Systems Engineering and a Master of Science in Applied Statistics. In addition, Veronika maintains multiple certifications for SAS programming.
